Write to [email protected]. A problem report from Settings > Problem reports helps us find the cause; it leaves your phone only when you share it.
LuxFold doesn't find my bracket sets.
Tap Scan Library and allow access to your photos. LuxFold looks for photos with "DJI" in the name. For files from a card reader or a NAS, open them through the Files app or Share to LuxFold; those are read by their own exposure data, whatever their names.
Auto-stack didn't merge my latest flight.
Auto-stack checks when you open the app. With limited photo access, new downloads are outside your selection; allow full access or pick the new photos. A set that couldn't finish with the screen locked runs again the next time you open the app.
Why is an export smaller than the original?
When your iPhone is short on memory, LuxFold saves at a smaller size instead of failing, and says so when it saves.
How do I restore my purchase?
Settings > LuxFold Unlock > Restore Purchases, with the Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing members get it too.
Why do my exports have a small LuxFold mark?
Free exports are JPEG or HEIC up to 2048 pixels with a small mark in the corner. You can make and play 360 videos for free; their previews carry the same mark. The one-time unlock removes the mark and adds full resolution, lossless and HDR masters, saving and sharing 360 video, Auto-stack and Process Flight.
Which drones work?
Built and tested with the DJI Air 3S and DJI Fly. Bracket sets and spheres from other DJI drones are read too. LuxFold is not made by or affiliated with DJI.
